Our hope is that every customer loves their Lovey You™ products and our goal is that they are satisfied with the outcome of their Lovey You™ shopping experience. For those two reasons, we handle all returns on a case by case basis. We are a company that works everyday to support mothers, families and caregivers, as well as the little ones using our products, so it is always our intention to resolve any customer issue respectfully, honestly and reasonably. Lovey You™ was founded on the idea of creating a supportive and encouraging community where courtesy, grace and acceptance are extended to all. We have long believed that establishing relationships with our customers based on these principles is the most beneficial way to fairly come to a resolution for all parties.

If you placed an order on our website and have concerns with the quality of a product you received, please email us directly at hello @ loveyyou.ca and our team would be happy to assist you.

We will gladly accept returns/ exchanges within ten (10) days of original receipt/purchase. If ten (10) days have gone by since your purchase/receipt of product (online only), unfortunately we will be unable to process a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tags attached.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
At this time, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for international orders.

RFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello @ loveyyou.ca

SHIPPING
To return your product, please email us at hello @ loveyyou.ca

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
